Damage: The paint has melted when trying to wipe off the dirt.

There was dirt or paint peeling on the shoulder area, and the owner tried to fix it by wiping it off with a solvent, but the condition only got worse.

The painted surface is rough, so wipe it clean.

First, start painting with the lighter shades. Be careful not to paint the darker colors first, as the lighter colors will not come out as well when you layer them on top.
